Francisco "Frank" Esco Jr

Fresh-N-So Clean Bins was founded by Francisco “Frank” Esco Jr., a San Francisco native who now calls Contra Costa County home and has strong family roots in Vallejo.
Frank put everything into turning his vision for Fresh-N-So Clean Bins into a reality. He even drove his cleaning rig all the way from Florida to California to set up shop and get the business started.
He began the company on his own, handling the work and building the business from the ground up. After about six months of operation, the team grew in a pretty unexpected way. Frank brought on two friends he met at a local dog park, who now help with the company's day-to-day operations.
What started as one person's dream has become a small local team built on friendship, trust, hard work, and a shared belief in what they're building.
All three believe in one another—and they believe in being Fresh-N-So Clean.
Garbage Chutes
Our equipment gives us the capability to clean garbage chutes in buildings up to 51 stories high. This allows us to service multi-story residential and commercial properties where specialized reach and equipment are required.
Garbage chutes can accumulate grime, residue, liquids, and odors over time. Our equipment allows us to clean these systems from top to bottom rather than treating only the easily accessible areas.
We Take the Dirty Water With Us
Cleaning a filthy trash bin or dumpster shouldn't mean leaving a pool of disgusting wastewater behind.
Our rig is equipped with a water-recovery hose that pulls wastewater directly back into the truck's holding tank. Instead of simply washing grime onto the surrounding pavement, our system allows us to recover the dirty water generated during applicable cleaning services.
That means a cleaner job site and a more professional cleaning process from start to finish.
200°F High-Temperature Bin Cleaning
For interior trash-bin cleaning, our rig features a proprietary high-temperature, high-pressure spinning cleaning head capable of using water up to 200°F.
The spinning head directs high-pressure hot water throughout the inside of the bin, attacking the areas where garbage residue, liquids, grime, and buildup collect.
For customers or jobs requiring additional treatment, chemical cleaning is also available upon request.
Different Surfaces Need Different Tools
More pressure isn't always better.
Our truck carries multiple spray guns and cleaning equipment for different surface types and applications. That allows us to adjust our approach based on what we're cleaning rather than treating every surface the same way.
Whether we're working with concrete, trash containers, dumpsters, solar panels, building components, or other exterior surfaces, we can select equipment and methods appropriate for the job.
Whisper Wash Big Guy 28" Surface Cleaner
For larger flat surfaces, our equipment includes a Whisper Wash Big Guy 28-inch Surface Cleaner.
Its large cleaning path allows us to clean substantial areas of concrete and other appropriate flat surfaces efficiently while producing a more consistent result than cleaning an entire area with a pressure-washing wand alone.
